The members of the Association, from either the UK or Ireland, that have attended either a World Championship or National Championship since 2000 have been asked to indicate their preference for the race format of the 2006 World Championship to be held in Sligo. This was achieved by firstly writing to all of the members concerned and by following this up for those that hadn't voted by email. Not all of the members had follow-up emails but the vast majority of the members who were eligible to vote have been contacted.

This is to inform you that the deadline for votes has been set for 3pm on Friday 9th December 2005 and that no votes after this time will be accepted. This has given the members 6 weeks to indicate their preference and with the need to finalise the NOR a decision has to be made.
