A fresh breeze, strengthening to gale force gusts, greeted 18 GP14 sailors at the Nantwich & Border Counties S.C open meeting at Doddington Lake on Sunday 26th March.

Andy Hateley with crew F.Nickles from North Staffs S.C won the first two races of the 3 race event,thus securing the overall result.Close behind were L.Shaw and S.Parker (Budworth) with two 2nd places and a win in race three. Third place overall was the Nantwich boat of Dave Mitchell crewed by Wendy Rigg, which was sailed consistently in the testing conditions.
