The 56th Annual General Meeting of the G.P. Fourteen Class International Association will be held at Sligo Yacht Club, Rosses Point, Co. Sligo on Monday, 31st July at 19.00 hours.
AGENDA
1. To receive apologies for absence
2. To receive the Minutes of the 55th Annual General Meeting
3. To receive the Hon. Secretary’s Report
4. To receive the Hon. Treasurer’s Annual report and Accounts
5. To elect the Officers:
President; Vice Presidents, including Branch Presidents; Hon Secretary; Hon Treasurer
6. To elect five duly nominated members to the Committee
7. To elect a non-Racing representative to the Committee
8. To elect the Accountants
9. To receive the following proposition:
That the following subscriptions are applied with effect from the 2007 subscription year:
i Full member subscription £26
ii Associate member subscription £20
iii Youth member subscription £12
A £2 discount will be applied to subscriptions paid by direct debit
10. Any other business competent to the meeting.
